Only available in 1986 the Facet was the only Centurion model that was made with a aluminum frame. In Early Catalogs it was not called the Facet it was just called "Aluminum"> which is the only model found so far that in the catalog does not have its model name on the bike pictured. when actual production models had the Facet on the Top-Tube. Was probably a name change after the first catalogs were printed. and the cost of a new bike image was not done for the catalog
the frame was a tig welded 7000 Grade Oversized Aluminum tubing. finished in Yellow with a Jet Black Fork. The Facet featured Suntour Sprint componentry. full specs are below. 1986 was the only year the Facet or any aluminum tubing bike was available from Centurion.
